FOR GRANTEES
U.S.-based grantees must submit a final report that includes a financial reconciliation and a narrative at the end of the 2-year grant period or when the funded research is completed. Those based outside the U.S. are required to submit an annual or interim report, including a financial reconciliation and a narrative, after the first year and a final report at the close of two years or when the research is completed. All reports must be submitted through the Foundation’s website, https://app.smarterselect.com/programs/72093-Zoll-Foundation.
The reports are a condition of the legal letter of agreement that is signed by the Foundation and your institution. Not filing reports in a timely manner will put an awarded grant at risk and affect the likelihood of future awards to the same institution. We believe our report form is streamlined and easy to complete. As a Foundation staffed by volunteers we appreciate your automatic and timely compliance with this requirement.
